Press handstand is a fun variation and transition in and out of various yoga postures or other skills. However, it can be elusive. In this 5-class series, we will work on different press variations, providing flexibility & strength building exercises that will help you gain the mobility and strength for that specific variation. As well, the weekly training and coaching will help you build muscle memory so you can begin to experience the sensations of what press to handstand actually feels like in your body!
