Learning to fall is one of the first and most important steps in learning to handstand. However, many of us learn to use a wall first and then get stuck there! These 3 handstand classes will help you build the coordination and muscle memory for you to walk/fall out of handstand, as well as giving you the spotting necessary to face your fear! No previous handstand experience necessary.
